n/a I have 3 promises for you today. I, 1, am gonna give you the exact equation that's making wealthy people wealthier. You'll be able to steal, copy, and paste it before it widens the wealth gap any further. This equation was not obvious to me when I started my own business. I searched for a long time before I discovered the secret to true passive income that could pay you for the rest of your life.
n/a Now 2, you're gonna walk away knowing how to create more predictable income and sustainably scale regardless of where you're starting. I worked with business owners everywhere along their journey from prelaunch to $1,000,000 learn 3, I'm gonna share the ecosystem that represents online businesses today. You'll know how to get started with the fastest route to success and ways to add different income streams as you scale. This works for all online businesses, creatives, coaches, consultants, service providers, others in the learn industry, those selling courses and memberships, content creators, anyone who sells online to anyone. And I know it works because I've used these exact strategies in my company to generate 1,000,000 in each of these categories.
n/a Yes. I've sold over a $1,000,000 in agency services. My group coaching program and consulting has changed so many lives, and I've seen people double and even quadruple their income. I've scaled 1 of the most successful online memberships in this industry, helping 1,000 along the way. I've sold courses from $29 to $2,000 and had more than 10,000 students in a single program.
n/a I've also booked out my agency with leads that other people gave me. Acquired high ticket sponsors for events, my podcast, and other pro high profile collaborations. I've been a top 50 affiliate for multiple SaaS companies like ConvertKit, Canva, and Dubsado. I built a community of tens of thousands of people from all across the world. I have organically built a podcast to the top 0.5% of all podcasts on the planet with millions of listeners from around the world.
n/a I've been featured in major publications like Forbes, Inc, Marie Claire, and HuffPost without paying a single PR person. I didn't even know these stories were being published until after they were live. Not to mention, I've taught these strategies to our clients, and they've done incredible things. Bonnie generated 60 k in 60 in 6 weeks without new leads. Krista had the confidence to help negotiate a 1,100,000 learn salary.
n/a Christina landed Fortune 500 clients like Apple, Amazon, and Wayfair. Jennifer replaced her full time income in just 5 weeks of learning this framework. Emily Jane opted out of an MBA program to work with us. I know this works from a decade in online business, from real life experience, not theory. I've seen it transform lives, and I'm excited to see it change yours.
n/a I'm tired of all the secrets. There are clear strategies to scaling a business. And the majority are sharing 1 trendy marketing tactic telling you to copy, paste, and that you'll get upset that when it simply doesn't work. And I want to see these things change for you. I want to see real results.
n/a I know every business is different. I know everyone's life requires different accommodations, and business cannot be built in a silo. 1 person's success will not define your own. I wanna teach you the framework so you understand the variables. I wanna share the exact strategies and give you all the facts, not just the shiny sexy ones.
n/a Now at the end of this 90 minute presentation, we will be exporting visit of everyone who's here live. I am going to give you a special project I've been working on for 6 months. And I can't spoil the surprise just yet. You'll find out soon enough. But what I can tell you is it's the best kept secret to saving time, increasing productivity, and managing my team like never before.
n/a And everyone here live is getting it for free. Now before we dive into the juicy stuff, you gotta know where you're at before we can talk about how to get to where you want to go. Alright? Are we ready? I hope you're ready because it's gonna get a little crazy.
n/a Alright. Now I know there are 3 kinds of people in this room right now. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. You're making money, but it feels like it always is feast or famine. I remember what it feels like.
n/a You're about to lose your mind. You always seem to be 1 client away from quitting. You push yourself constantly and you end up in this stress cycle that never really seems to fully go away. The moment you feel like you figured it all out, You hit your goal, but then you burn out so hard. It feels like you're constantly starting over from square 1.
n/a Maybe you're feeling overbooked and underpaid. You did everything you thought you were supposed to do. You're getting clients, your tracking your hours, and yet somehow you're still barely scraping by. You can't take on any more, and your income goal still feels so out of sight. For some of you, you're still working for someone else.
n/a You may have a consistent paycheck, but at what cost? With maybe a 3% raise or 1 bonus a year, you're playing small. And you are so ready to break out on your own, but you are left with just a few hours before you crash each night or the wee hours of the morning to get this business off the ground. Are you willing to break the cycle? Are you willing to do things differently?
n/a I'm here to tell you it's possible. You are capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for. But it starts with why. Why did you start, or why do you want to start? What is the motivation that is going to keep you going?
n/a Anyone who starts a business Center does it because they want to, the desire is great enough. Desire you're representing so many things. It could be a vision from childhood. It could be a vision for change or impact. They want 2 because the passion is there.
n/a It is so inspiring, and it will push you past those hard days. The money is motivating enough to get you excited about taking the first or next step. The time freedom is sexy enough. You could you crave that flexibility and you want to spend your time how you wanna spend it and not how other people want you to spend it, or it becomes required. You need the money.
n/a Whether you were laid off, need to make up a wage gap, whatever your situation. You need an accommodation. It could be due to ability, a health concern, neurodivergency, or otherwise. And society sucks at making space for us. Ableism at its finest.
n/a You need the time. More often when it's time out of necessity instead of desire, This means caring for a loved 1 from infancy to elderly. You need the safety. Not all work environments are created equally. Being fully accepted for who you are regardless of race, sex, gender, or otherwise, discrimination is real and sometimes that simply means you have to create your own safe space.
n/a For many, the desire may not have been there, but it took the requirement for you to take action. Being laid off the second time is what set this business in motion for me. In 30 days, I completely replaced my corporate salary. But just a year later, I laid in a hospital bed. I had suffered a traumatic brain injury following a 5 car pile up.
n/a It took 6 weeks to be diagnosed. In an instant, however, I needed more accommodations than ever to balance taking care of my health and stay profitable. When my spouse left his job in 2018 to care for his grandmother, I now needed my business not to just support me, but support my entire family. When Dee moved in with us full time in 2020, my business had to support us in purchasing a home that would accommodate her aging in place safely until she passed just earlier this year. I am no stranger to needing a business that needs to work.
n/a And I know your life is full of complications that require you to show up and often need the finances to support those needs. After you got a taste of it, you can't imagine going back. Lord knows I'm basically unemployable at this point, and no employer would take on the accommodations I require to stay healthy and sane, which is incredibly sad, but I digress. So we need a plan. How do you grow and scale?
n/a Scratch that. How do you grow revenue and scale sustainably. This framework I'm sharing today Help Claire have a $20,000, 850 week in sales with a 100 and 5th a 100% conversions. This framework to help Marie book 2 clients in the same day before noon and look good while doing it. This framework to help Christina book high profile clients to the tune of $16,000.
n/a Learn framework, Help Shelly close 60 k in new business while raising 7 children. Yes, 7 children full time homeschooling. I have no words for that. I have hundreds of stories, and seeing you succeed is the goal of my entire team. See, there are 2 types of people in this room.
n/a Those who wanna help themselves, they need this to work for them. I promise we will get you closer today. And for those who believe in our mission and want to see everyone financially free, you have an invitation to help others share this message. Now who here has no interest in working until they're 65? Raise of hands.
n/a Instant hands. Hell no. Hell no. Raise some hands. Who here wants to never have to worry about out money for the rest of their lives.
n/a We're talking passive income, baby. Here's what you need to know. The wealthy know something you don't, and they pass it down to their kids, and the wealth continues. I want you to steal, copy, and paste it before the wealth gap gets any wider. The wealth equation starts with an active asset.
n/a This asset requires active management to generate an income. You also need a passive asset where you can set it and forget it. The combination unlocks total financial freedom. We're talking guaranteed income for the rest of your life. But what's an active asset?
n/a In this case, it's your business. While businesses have high risk long term, they are sustainable at scale. Meaning, you can create efficiencies and systems where you can have a predictable salary. You can beat the market with higher short term margin. At scale with a 30% return, that's 3 x what you could expect in the s and p 500.
n/a The income generated from your business will not just a u, but when built appropriately, it can pay for all of your business overhead, team necessary to support it, and fuel your passive assets, allowing you to not just save, but invest in your future. Investments are an example of a true passive asset. Over the long term, they are much lower risk. A business could be here today and gone tomorrow. A passive asset has decades of longevity and a strong history of performance.
n/a With quality investments, the compound interest is overwhelming. Over a longer period of time, you will earn far more in an investment than you will year to year in a business. True set it and forget it investments have lower short term returns, but that's okay. We're balancing risk and creating the future we all need. But how much money does your business need to generate for this equation to work.
n/a It needs to produce enough cash flow to cover your living expenses, cover your business expenses, create margin for lifestyle changes, create margin to add in additional support, create margin for short term financial goals, create margin to save, not just dollars in cash, but investing in your future. Those numbers are going to change over time and for sure at different stages of your business. But what but how do you produce enough cash flow for those things? How do we how do we make it all happen? My friends, that's the what.
n/a More specifically, what you're offering and selling to generate the cash flow. The business world is made up of 4 markets, health, wealth, relationships, and happiness. The problem you solve fits in 1 of those categories. It becomes the offer. What your buyers want are inside these markets.
n/a They are searching for your solution to their problem. You are filling that void for them. It's helpful to know what bucket your audience fits in because buyer behavior is radically different in b to b than b to c. Health commonly sells b to c. Maybe you're a health or wellness coach.
n/a Way more of you fit in the wealth sector than I think you realize. If you save your clients time or make them or save them money, then that's Wealth Baby. B to b that could be a copywriter, marketing pro, designer, b to c that could be a career coach. Relationships is so much more than just dating. This includes the wedding industry, anyone who brings people together.
n/a A lot of event planners will fall here. I even think psychologists could waver back and forth from health to relationships. Happiness is selling a moment, an experience, a delight, a surprise. It could be a bouquet of flowers from a florist, a candle from a small boutique, retail therapy. Where does your business fall?
n/a What market are you in? Now when we're talking pricing, here's what most people do. They look at the market, see what, everyone else offers, take the average, go slightly below it to remain competitive, provide what the competition offers with a little bit more included and end up with a value proposition of more for less. But this is where most people get stuck. If you stay on this wheel, you keep offering a little bit more for a little bit less, a little bit more for a little bit less until you are giving your time away for essentially nothing, until there is almost no profit left in the business.
n/a Here's the problem. If you don't know what your business cost to run or what you need to afford for your life, you're going to price yourself out of business. It may not happen overnight, but using this strategy, you will inevitably burnout or bankrupt the business. Which comes first please indicates your tolerance for pain. There is a way to price, sell, sell and operate a business, specifically for sustainability, longevity, and 1 that respects the life you want to live.
n/a When you start out, the variables are really simple. How much time do you have? How much money do you need to afford your life? Overhead is generally super low in year 12, So you can usually use some backwards math and get there pretty quickly. But as you scale, so do the variables you have to account for.
n/a How much time do you have total for work. How much do you wanna take how much time do you wanna take off? How much of your working time do you have to give to your clients and customers? How much time does your team have? How much of their time can they give to clients and customers?
n/a Keep in mind this can vary from person to person on your team. What was your growth rate last year? What was your profit last year? What offers previously brought in the most revenue? What offers were the most efficient to device.
n/a How much of your time is needed for each product type? How is that different for your team? How are your operational costs? Are you wanting to hire more? What about benefits, taxes, salary increases, you working less, you removing yourself from client delivery.
n/a I could keep going. You can't use all these factors when you start because you don't know what you don't know. And 2, because many of them are moot until you scale past a certain threshold. However, knowing those factors and what they cost creates the variables you need to bake in to your pricing. This creates a base, a minimum.
n/a Otherwise, the math simply ain't mathing. For Katie, this was a massive breakthrough. Pricing isn't just about breaking even. It's about ensuring you've included all the variables, which is so much more than just how long a project takes to complete. Your life costs money.
n/a Why are you pretending that it doesn't? This is why it's simply different for every person on the planet who runs a business. 5 kids in private school in LA is way different than living with your partner in an apartment in rural Midwest town. And when you run a business online, the barriers of the location break away. So people forget how huge of a factor they are in staying in business.
n/a Now let's look at a commodity, the cost of a burger. In Hawaii, it's 295. 295. In Kansas, the average is 251. Pennsylvania, 238.
n/a Sure. We're talking about pennies here, but that's a variation of 19%. Most restaurants are lucky to have a 3 to 5% net profit in a year. Being off by a factor of 19% would without a doubt put them out of business. So why are you acting like your business is any different?
n/a Sure. Working online reduces overhead cost dramatically, but it doesn't change the fact that you have a completely different life than your peers and your competitors. I did exactly what everyone else did when I started, and I charged hourly. Definitely not enough to pay for the life I had or the life I wanted. But that's a common misconception, however.
n/a Hourly isn't the problem. Package pricing isn't always the answer. There are exact equations that weigh in various factors to ensure profitability. However, price in and of Self is a communication of value. Price influences perception, period.
n/a Now I wanna tell you about a study that Caltech did. When the subjects were told the wine cost $90 a bottle, they loved it. $90 or $10 a bottle? Not so much. In a follow-up experiment, the subjects again tasted 5 wine samples without any pricing information.
n/a This time, they rated the cheapest wine as the most preferred. The difference? Absolutely nothing. In all variations of the study, every sample was identical. They were the same wine.
n/a Charging higher prices can improve not just perception of value, but also outcome. Higher prices lead to more invested clients and more inherent trust in you as the expert. Higher prices equal better results because they participate in the process. What a concept. And to get out of your own damn way and let you do what you do best.
n/a Note, price and value are simply different. Price is what you charge. Value is perception of worth to your clients and customers. When you give your clients better results, they see themselves as more likely to achieve or receive that outcome. It will increase their value perception.
n/a Think about how this works for your market. What would be considered a better result? A result that you could nothing short of guarantee. In the wealth market, that's typically a return on investment or ROI. At what multiple are you giving back either someone's money or time?
n/a I recommend you look to give your clients a 5 to 10 x return. 10 x return is the minimum around here. This gives me extreme confidence in selling what I offer. Can you confidently say, I know it works period. Now most people value time more than money.
n/a Because once the time is gone, it's gone. So more of your clients or customers' time times their effort or sacrifice they make will decrease their perception of value, making the inverse true. Time you save and the time you reduce their effort or pain increases value. This is why people love done for you services. They want to save time.
n/a Why would someone spend $20 on takeout over $5 in groceries? For me, it costs $80 to feed 2 people for a week. 21 meals a week times 2, that's 42 servings. That comes out to an average of a dollar 90 per serving. We could easily spend 50 to a $100 on a nice meal for a date night.
n/a I'm paying, in that example, for both the convenience, the time savings, and the experience. People want quicker results. I don't love this psychological phenomenon, but it's the truth. There is a reason people will drop 1,000 of dollars on CoolSculpting or plastic surgery or fillers versus going to the gym, taking better care of themselves, eating Center. They see it as a quick fix.
n/a Big companies, like, to lean into this second equation. They make it hard to compete. They are ruthlessly going for 0. 0 time, 0 effort, all the convenience. The value, not the price is what needs to feel like the insane deal.
n/a The price needs to factor in all of your needs and be affordable to your audience that you want to sell it to. High end pricing for an audience typically caps at about 15% of their income during the time period the purchase represents. Now not everything will fit this rule, real estate being a prime example. American households sold spend an average of $21,409 per year on housing, which makes up 25 point 8% of total average earnings, obviously outpacing this 15% Center. So keep in mind, you can break rules.
n/a Now let's say you're in the b to b market. Your ideal client makes 10 k per month. A high price, high value retainer could cost $1500 a month. But what if you need to charge more than your audience can reasonably afford? This isn't a factor for all of you, but definitely worth addressing.
n/a The problem isn't usually the offer, what you sell, or the pricing, what you charge. It's usually who you're trying to sell to, the wrong audience. Change the room you're in. What you're selling isn't a list of deliverables. What you're selling is a specific outcome in a certain time period without that audience's biggest pain or fear.
n/a Now let's all just take a deep breath because this has been crazy up till now. We've covered the why and the what of business, but we still have the how to go, and it can change absolutely everything. The how. How do you sell the offer to the right people to get the conversion to make those dollar bills, how do you create predictable income so you can pull a reliable paycheck and count on your business to support you. How do you cover the cash necessary to have that active asset working for you at full capacity in the wealth equation.
n/a To understand how, you need to break down the components both in a snapshot and big picture. With an optimized offer, you've accounted for your needs, your business's needs, and you've designed it to solve a client's biggest problems with the least pain possible for them. Systems are the building blocks of your business. You take what you're selling and deliver on it. Over time, you build out more robust systems and create more efficiencies.
n/a This may mean utilizing more software, creating a better internal process to deliver the service, documenting your standard operating procedures, eventually even using automation or artificial intelligence to complete some of the work for you. Having systems allows you to get more of your time back and focus more on the parts that matter. Support is not essential for you to start or even create a profitable business, but it is required to scale sustainably. Support in the beginning often starts at home or in your community. What support do you need to get things off your plate so you can build the kind of business that supports you long term.
n/a This will allow you to create a profitable, scalable business that you can operate sustainably. As you reach different thresholds in your business, you will consistently reassess the resources you need. They will actively change over time. You don't get to build it once and be done. You will revisit your offer, how you're selling, what your systems are and who is supporting you again and again.
n/a It is a cycle. What I'm about to show you makes up the entire online ecosystem, and I'm not sure you're ready. But here we go. Online businesses have 3 main types of offers. When you offer 1 on 1, you may identify as a service provider, creative, entrepreneur, agency owner, freelancer, providing done for you services.
n/a Hybrid offers include group or 1 on 1 coaching, consulting. They're considered done with you. 1 to many include DIY, events, memberships, products, affiliate marketing, influencers, and content marketers. 1 on 1 offers are easy to sell, but they are harder to fulfill because the work begins after the sale. As you scale up, 1 to many offers are much harder to Help, primarily because it requires a wider audience to sell to, and they become much easier to fulfill.
n/a But by no means are they set it and forget it. In 1 on 1, your primary role in the business is typically client fulfillment. As you go up, that role shifts in the leadership and often is nearly all focused on content marketing and audience building. Marketing becomes the day to day. I see people entering the online world in 1 of 2 ways.
n/a You either create the service or you lead with content. Are there other ways you could enter? Sure. But that seems to be the gateway for all of the rest. I prefer to build businesses from the bottom up rather than the top down.
n/a Create flow, profit off the flow, then add friction, make it harder to sell and easier to fulfill over time. Available, in my mind, is easier to fulfill, but that doesn't necessarily mean every business has to go from selling services to selling 1 to many. A service can be productized, creating a streamlined process to efficiently deliver it. You can also slowly remove yourself from the delivery altogether. Or my personal favorite, you can layer your model as you scale, creating an ecosystem of offers that work together, but there is no wrong way.
n/a No matter what, over time, I was I want your business to take both less effort and less time. But why is it faster to build from the bottom up? Numbers. Guys, if math is not my obvious subject of choice, I don't know where you've been. Generally, as you move up from done for you to done with you to done do it yourself, the time it takes for your client to get the outcome also go up goes up.
n/a Meaning that value perception will also fall. To meet audience perception of value, the price will typically go down in correlation because it takes your client more effort, which isn't necessarily bad because you've also optimized for your time. And if you haven't, then you shouldn't move on to creating additional offers. So let's take a look at some reasonable prices. In this example, we have a done for you offer at $10,000, a done with you offer at $1,000 learn DIY at a 100.
n/a Based on industry averages, you can expect the conversion rate to drop in correlation with the effort necessary from your client. I don't make the rules. These are just the averages. A done for you offer can convert anywhere between 50 90% or even higher. For this comparison, we're gonna use the low end at 50%.
n/a Done with you offers can be sold done for you, sold the right where you might even tip the scales at 50%, but more typically, I see people use these methods and convert closer to 15. For educational products like courses where people DIY, a typical conversion from the list is up to 2%. In the last few years, I've seen that closer to half a percent. To generate the same $20,000, you will need both more leads and sales to get the same earnings as you move up the model. To make the same 20 k, you would need to close 2 clients in done for you, 20 in done with you, or 200 in DIY.
n/a At these conversion rates, you need just 4 leads with done for you. A 135 please with done with you and a whopping 4,000 some leads with DIY to get the same $20,000. When you double your leads, you double your business, all things being equal. But an easier solution is if you double your prices or you go down the model, you can double your business. Sometimes it really is that simple.
n/a Now here's what this will look like over the course of 12 months. Maybe you focus initially on your sales, what you're selling, and at what price. You start to implement more systems, like rolling out a better project management system, you get gutsy and are ready for another price increase, making even more working with less clients. 10 months from now, you're ready for your 1st or next hire, which allows you to increase capacity and take on an additional client. I wanna know, what's your income goal for the next 12 months?
n/a What's your income goal for the next 12 months? Now I wanna try a scenario, and I'm gonna pretend you guys wanna make $240,000. You could hit that at 2 clients per month at 10 k each or 4 clients per month at 5 k each. You're convinced to fill the gap you have to take on more. Say you're at a 120 k and you want to go to 240 k.
n/a You think you need 10 additional clients a month at $1,000 each or 2,400 sales of a digital product at $50 a pop. I want less effort and faster results for you. Offer less, not more is a concept that often blows the brains off my clients. I'm not saying this is the only way. There are a 1,000 ways to build a profitable business.
n/a This is just where I'd suggest you get a quick start. With our help in the framework, you'll find the best path that works best for you and your lifestyle. And I get it. You keep asking yourself, why am I overthinking this? This is easy.
n/a No. It's not. You got a 1,000,001 things going on. You're trying to balance impostor syndrome, posting on social, listening to new podcasts, taking time to read, having sex occasionally with your partner, washing your hair, putting food on the table, planning for retirement, getting to the gym, cleaning your house, client needs, all of it. You're doing too much, and you're spread too thin, and your days are chaotic.
n/a Even if your calendar isn't like this, your day sure feels like this. You're constantly bouncing from 1 thing to the next, trying to fit life into the nooks and crannies. This could be you. An annual income of $660,000 with options to take time off and keep your biz going. You start with an offer at 10,000 a month.
n/a You're booking 2. By month 3, you increase your prices to 20 k, which I know sounds gutsy, but I've sold offers up to 45,000 each. You put more systems on autopilot, and you add in an additional client. By month 6, you hire and scale to 3 currently, and then 4. This is not a lot of clients.
n/a This is strategic. You can also double your price. It it doesn't have to be crazy. Not everyone needs to make half a $1,000,000. An annual income of a 180,000 could be this simple.
n/a Or we could keep it super simple. Let's just make things steady. What about an annual income of a 120 k? Working with 2 clients a month. Now quick recap here.
n/a Today, you learned the wealth equation. Everything that it takes to build an active asset, to invest in a passive asset, to eventually generate the kind of income that you want for the rest of your life. You learned the cycle that is required to sustainably scale and create a profitable business. You saw the ecosystem that makes up all online businesses. You could see an option for where to start or how to go from here.
n/a You know how the numbers may change based on what you're selling or who you're selling to. And I've implemented these exact strategies. The wealth equation has set me up for an early retirement. I could triple a retire in the next 10 years and, b, done working by age 44. After that, working would be because I want to, not because I have to.
n/a The sustainably please method has allowed me to continuously revisit the core pieces of my business, continue to make improvements to my offers, sales process, productivity, efficiencies, and hiring the best team to support me on my mission. Many of them are in the room. The flow framework allowed me to replace my corporate salary in 30 days. Make my first a 100 k in 8 months, then double it 4 months later. A decade later just to prove it still works.
n/a I quietly relaunched an agency and generated 2 thou $261,645 in cash collected in 12 months using only my warm market and organic traffic. This was without social media, paid ads, or trendy marketing tactics. Yes. I literally went dark, did not pay for a single ad for a full year and didn't do any trendy strategies. No TikTok videos, no YouTube shorts, none of it.
n/a You get to choose the life you want. You can throttle at any stage to match the lifestyle and effort you want to put in. These levers can be pulled at any time. If you're stuck now, implementing my sales methods will absolutely unlock your your income goal. I've seen clients double it when they've implemented solid systems, and even quadruple it when they have proper support.
n/a Where you stop is up to you. I don't think there's any specific amount of money or type of business or a model or offer that is going to be best. I'm here to help you explore your options and understand Stan, what is going to be essential for your future, for you to comfortably live, for you enjoy the life you want. Can you see how learning these methods can help you start 2 x or even 4 x your business? This framework will get you from where you are to where you want to go.
n/a Our team is ready to support you on this journey. We've just barely scratched the surface. I feel like I've handed you an ice cube, and you need so much more than that. This iceberg is huge, and you've only seen a small chunk. And if you like today, what I shared today, you're going to love what I'm about to share next.
n/a You see, before doing this workshop today, I was faced with 2 choices. The first option is we part ways, and I hope on your own, you can go and figure it out. Or my second option, I could take an active role and responsibility for your success to create a win win situation. And I chose the second option. Let's do this together.
n/a I'm taking everything I've learned from a decade in this industry and I want to wrap it up and put it into actionable strategies and give it to you. It is with great pleasure that I introduce you to the coop. All my original intentions of the original iteration of this membership still hold true. The first version launched in 2015 as the Biz Chick Coop. After about a year, I lovingly renamed it Goldcrusher Club.
n/a In 2020, the creative template shop launched, and this membership got better than ever. And I've been hinting at what this new era of Boss Project looks like, and this is exactly what I'm talking about. Trust me when I say you're gonna wanna listen to the whole thing. Trust me when I say what's coming. You're absolutely gonna think I've lost it and I'm completely insane, and I've just accepted it.
n/a I just wanna provide full transparency that the co op is currently $47 a month, and everything I'm about to say is either already there are coming soon. And when this launches to the public, the price is going up. And I'm gonna give you the opportunity to lock lock in founder pricing at just $47 a month even after the price goes up. If you're already a creative template shop co op member, everything I'm about to say is yours or coming soon. If you were previously a Bischuk coop, Goldcrusher club, or CTS coop member, then this is your opportunity and invitation to come back.
n/a If you're an active private client in the incubator program or c suite on demand. I'm giving it all to you too. If this is all brand new, then buckle up, baby. With this membership, you'll hold the keys to pricing per per profit, getting leads on autopilot, and creating an unforgettable client experience. We built this for you.
n/a Already inside, you're gonna find thousands of Canva templates for client experience, social media, marketing, email marketing, graphics, blogs, podcasts, YouTubes, and more. Already inside, we have 1 click templates to increased conversion rates. We're talking proposal, lead capture forms, questionnaires, and contract designs. Just by switching to our proposal template, Faith converted 21% more leads. Already inside, we have strategy and copywriting templates, web page blueprints, social media caption prompts, media kits, services, and pricing guides.
n/a If you added up the price of every single template that we individually sell at creative templateshop.com, it would cost you $29,000 learn $29,056, which is insane, and I I don't think you should have to pay that. And today, we're officially announcing that we're adding strategy. I'm beyond excited to tell you that the coop will now include Course Academy. We've already made available today Asana for business, the project management system that scaled our agency services, group coaching programs and courses. You'll get bust to perfectionism, the mindset reset to race you past your fears and push you to start.
n/a You'll get Center and experimental mindset. My favorite way to rethink outcomes and goals to create an environment primed for continuous improvement. It's changed the entire operations of our company and is foundational to our company culture. If you took 12 months to work with us privately, it would cost another $15,000, which is a bargain and worth every penny with an increased revenue of 85% year over year. This is a very real screenshot from a very real client.
n/a How would it feel to go from 11 k months to 21 k months? Now we're also opening up the archives. Honestly, I feel like Disney just pulled out all the things from the vault, and we're giving you Trello for business, the program that broke the Internet and has had over 10,000 clients individually enroll with words like this program changed my life. The follow through method, we get how your creative brain works, and we're right there with you. You've got a 1,000,001 ideas running around your head at any given moment, and they all seem brilliant in 1 visit, and then the next you're questioning why you even got started in the first place.
n/a It's easier to come up with ideas than to pick 1 and actually put it in practice. The follow through method helps you make real decisions and dedicate yourself to and we're giving you not 1, but 5 of our online events with 100, 100 of industry experts bringing their unique knowledge to the table. You're you'll unlock videos like how to multiply your video reach to fill your client roster, sell with psychology, create desire, eliminate resistance and render your ideal client objectionless. How to go from corporate cubicle to sold out services. Watch your language, how to be inclusive in your copy, fuck the funnel, a simple way to launch and sell your services, make selling fun with rainbow of sales.
n/a I kid you not. There are literally hundreds of hours of video footage. So binge what sounds interesting and know the next time you have a topic you want to explore, we absolutely have something to inspire you and put you into action. We also are announcing a brand new community. This is coming in September 2023.
n/a We're talking value bombs, post on what's coming, networking, new friends, getting clients, and hiring for your bids. It will include a member directory, leaderboards, gamification, and so much more. Now let me be learn. This is an inclusive and safe place. We enthusiastically support LGBTQIA plus rights.
n/a We welcome all gender identities. We welcome all abilities. We are actively anti racist. We will not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind, and we acknowledge our privilege. We lead with our values and prioritize safety for our community.
n/a The words say it all. This is by far the best and most supportive group I've ever been a part of. To your credit, anytime I purchased a BOSS project program, I've always had a huge influx of business and the opportunities just continue to fall into place before I can even fully dig in. I'm not sure if it's the universe or you really are biz fairy godmothers. We take your experience very seriously.
n/a And for the last year, we've been reimagining how we could make it even better. There is a brand new membership site set to launch before the end of the year, and we cannot wait for you to get your hands on it. If you haven't started a business yet or you are ready to get that first client or you simply want more clients, then I made this for you. We've included 1 week to clients. This program alone has sold for $1,000.
n/a I know it will radically change the trajectory of thousands of business owners' lives, So I wanted to make it possible and as accessible as possible. It is exactly how I booked myself out in under 30 days, completely replacing my cushy corporate learn. But what about follow-up, asking for referrals, talking about price increases. I'm honestly starting to feel like, Oprah, me your new BFFs, The Script Vaults. We got all the scripts you can imagine to improve your sales process, follow-up, onboard clients, ask for referrals, talk about price increases, and so much more.
n/a To learn these strategies, test, fail, and repeat. It cost me literally $3,000,000, $407,152.54. And, yes, this is the real screenshot from my real p and l statement. How about you skip the 3,000,000 in operating costs, bad investments, and failures I've never shelled publicly? I will warn you before you hit those bumps in the road that are gonna slow you down.
n/a Honestly, it would be worth it for a single template that converts more leads into buyers, and that is 1 1 thousandth of what's inside. Why am I doing this? Before I share some statistics, please know my intention is to include all women and people of marginalized gender experience. The data I could locate is gender. Women business owners own over 12,000,000 businesses and employ 10,100,000 workers.
n/a In the US alone, these business generated $1,800,000,000,000 for the US economy. The average woman owned business brought in $85,593 in 2022 with a profit or an average earnings of $57,712. However, the average household spends $61,334 a year on expenses. Nationwide rent. The average is $1800 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment, or you're spending $22,624 annually.
n/a The apartment 2 blocks from my house is over $3,000 a month. That's 39% of the average woman owned businesses income on just housing. In my opinion, that average housing cost is low. Most major cities in the country cost far more to live in. Total consumer debt is at an all time high of $17,060,000,000,000.
n/a An average household holds $101,915 in debt as of 2022. I can't fulfill on my mission of helping more small business owners become financially free unless I can start by helping them become financially stable. My goal with the co op is to give you every necessary tool, every necessary strategy to have your business provide the financials necessary for you to comfortably pay for all your monthly expenses, afford your lifestyle with minimal or manageable debt, and room to save. And once you hit stable, I privately take clients to true security, meaning we solve for the wealth equation. Having enough money to cover not just the life you want I mean, the life you have, but the life you want, emergencies and retirement without the fear of running out.
n/a We're talking the kind of money that changes generations and leaves a legacy. And I want to see more of you wealthy, period. You support each other. You provide jobs. You invest in communities.
n/a You impact future generations, and the co op is designed for you. We got you. We are actively developing a curriculum on top of everything I've already mentioned. This will be the framework for small business owners to sell learn, period. We will also regularly hold workshops.
n/a The very next 1 will cover exactly how I went from $0 to 264,000 in 12 months with high end device, without social media, paid ads, or trendy marketing tactics. Now there are some strategies I've wanted to share for years, and I haven't had a place to put them. These are advanced strategies, and I haven't put them anywhere else. I will be releasing chart topping podcasts, turning strangers into buyers, $1,000,000 membership, secrets to scaling a template shop, financial forecasting. Go from predicting to predictable.
n/a Inside a partnership, everything you need to know. Launch debriefs with unprecedented transparency. Like, how I went from 1 ticket purchase to this very workshop to scrapping everything and getting 332 sign ups in the first 24 hours. We went on to make the biggest flop to the largest event I've done in the last 5 years. If you're here live, then that was without a dollar in ad spend.
n/a And you best believe because this is the best workshop I've ever done, I will very likely be running ads to it in the future. We've quietly had commercial licenses for years, but today, they are becoming better than ever. You can upgrade to pro and unlock the ability to use this with your clients. While you can't resell the templates as templates or give your clients access to our courses, you can use the templates to create client deliverables, like social media graphics, client experience collateral, email, marketing materials, and more, or use the strategies to get your clients better results. We used to limit you to using it with just 4 clients, and I'm lifting the limit and letting you use it for as many clients as you want with our pro plan.
n/a Your success is important to me. It's important to the future of our country. It's important to our economy, our communities, our families. This is why I wanted to make this absolutely as affordable as possible. I was absolutely serious when I said this was founder level pricing.
n/a We are in active development, and you can get on the ground floor, for everything I've talked about today, for $47 a month or 4.97 a year. When this goes public, it will be $97 a month or 9.97 a year. You can lock in this price for life. $47 a month, 90 7 4.97 a year. Bossrider.com/untitledashtraining is that link.
n/a If you wanna upgrade to pro and unlock this for your clients, it's $97 a month or 9.97 a year. Bossproject.com/untitledtraining. We'll post it. Regardless of where you're at as you grow and scale, you will always have new problems. The every problem you solve needs to be solved, and that will in then create another problem.
n/a Running a business is like an endless loop. Solving 1 problem leads you to another problem to solve. How much money do I need to make? The money. What can I sell?
n/a The offer. Who's going to buy it? The prospect. How do you create the interest, the messaging? How do I get strangers to turn into buyers, the leads?
n/a How do I sell it, the sales? How do I deliver it, the experience? How do I optimize it and save time, the systems? I can't do this alone. Go back to the beginning.
n/a Yeah. You need more money. How do you get more support? The part time team. But I want to sell to more than just 1 person at a time, the audience.
n/a It's getting real. I need more help, the full time team. How to be how do I become a leader and effectively manage and become a real CEO? Hiring culture and scaling operations. But why do people fail to pay or leave?
n/a I thought this was it. I thought I'd figured it out. The learn, I'm going to keep going. I need more money. Go back to the beginning.
n/a Well, shit. Now I need more people. Again, increased traffic. It simply keeps going. Growing and scaling is an endless cycle of critical thinking, experimenting, and problem solving.
