Flask (Python) — Microservice wrapping Cactus SDK

A Python-based REST interface that exposes Hyperledger Cactus interoperability tools through lightweight Flask endpoints.

This microservice bridges Python environments with the Hyperledger Cactus framework to execute cross-ledger operations. It wraps the Cactus SDK in Flask to expose critical blockchain functions (such as atomic swaps or ledger observations) through standard RESTful endpoints.
