M3QL

M3QL is the native query language for M3DB, engineered for distributed, high-performance retrieval of time series metrics.

M3QL operates as a core query language within the M3 Query engine, specifically targeting data stored in M3DB: a distributed time series database. This engine uses M3QL to execute queries against both real-time and historical metrics across a cluster. It supports a comprehensive set of functions, including `abs()`, `aliasByTags`, and `movingMax`, enabling complex data manipulation.
